Our Why
We do what we do because we believe people matter.
We believe the brokenness in our world has affected every human heart. We believe brokenness is healed and made new through faith in Jesus. We participate in the healing of the world by following Jesus. Jesus communicated the accessibility of the Kingdom and the immensity of God’s love to people who were religiously outcast, ritually unclean, racially different, contagiously ill, socially ostracized, economically downtrodden, and spiritually bankrupt. As Jesus followers, we are called to do the same. We are called to love God and love people because people matter to God. Because people matter, Jesus’ heart is for the one.
