Jail Ministry Collection – Freedom Bags
This month we're partnering with the Elkhart County Jail Ministry to provide Freedom Bags for individuals being released from jail with little more than the clothes on their backs. To ensure each bag contains the same essentials, we're collecting financial donations rather than individual items. Our goal is $1,500. Give online by designating your gift to Freedom Bags, or use an envelope at the display in the foyer. Thank you for helping us offer hope and practical support to our neighbors.
Baptism Prep Classes | August 2nd
We will be celebrating Baptisms at the Doberenz Pond on Sunday, August 16th at 12:30 PM. The Baptism Prep Classes will be August 2nd at 9:00 am in Room 18 (across from the gym). If you are interested in participating in this celebration, please sign up at the Welcome Center or through the App (select the UPCOMING tab, scroll down, and click on Baptism Class).
Child & Baby Dedication Prep Class | August 2nd
We will be celebrating Child & Baby Dedications on Sunday, August 16th during the 10 AM service. If you are interested in participating in this celebration, please sign up at the Welcome Center or through the App (select the UPCOMING tab, scroll down, and click on Child Dedication). The Child & Baby Dedication Prep Class will be August 2nd at 9:00 am in Room 22 (Fellowship Hall).
Church Picnic @ Doberenz Pond | August 16th 12:30 PM
Join us for an outdoor picnic (weather permitting) at the Doberenz’s home at 18141 County Road 18, Goshen. Drinks, burgers, and hotdogswill be provided. Bring a lawn chair, a side dish or dessert to share, and swimwear if you want to cool off in the pond. (Last names that start with letters A-J can bring a dessert, and last names that start with K-Z can bring a side.)
