During the week of March 15 -- 21, our staff and spouses are going to be out of town for the Exponential Conference in Orlando, FL. The purpose of our trip is team building and professional development. Exponential is a global movement of multipliers and church planters who gather together to be inspired and equipped to continue serving well in ministry. While we are away, our Food Pantry will be open Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. Outside of those hours, the office will be closed that week. Doug Conway will be the point of contact while we are away, but you can also contact other staff members via email or phone if needed.
Faith Promise Sunday | March 22
Faith Promise is about financially partnering with local organizations/ministries and global ministries/missionaries for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Faith Promise is a way of giving in which we, through prayer and by faith, commit to giving a specific amount for the year. Faith Promise Sunday is the Sunday that we gather to celebrate these partnerships and commit to the next year’s Faith Promise Pledges.
Women’s Self-Defense Class | March 28 | 10 AM
Join us for a one-hour Women’s Self-Defense class led by Frank Greene, a retired 3rd-degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu. This class is designed to teach practical, real-world techniques, build confidence, and help you feel more prepared in everyday situations. No prior experience is needed—Frank will guide you through simple, effective skills and situational awareness in a safe, supportive environment.
The class will be held on Saturday, March 28, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. We have space for 20 participants, and the class is open to women 18 and older. Please wear blue jeans, sweatpants, or athletic/loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move comfortably.
Walk with Jesus | April 2 | 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
The remembrance of the death and celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ stand as the most significant events in Christianity. To truly appreciate the joy and hope that Easter morning and the resurrection bring, we must first experience the sober reality of the agony Jesus suffered before and on the cross and thereby experience the deep love that drove him to be that sacrifice.
A Walk with Jesus offers that opportunity. Experience the togetherness of communion, the wound of betrayal, the unjust judgment, the agony of the nails, the humiliation of the cross, and the hopelessness of the tomb.
Childcare will be provided 6:00 - 7:30 pm.
